Saddle Creek Road Streetscape Improvement Project (OPW 54540)

About the Project

Located along Saddle Creek Road from 50th Street to Hamilton Street, the proposed project will construct new sidewalks, pedestrian-scale lighting, landscaping, and on-street parallel parking. Additionally, space will be created for public amenities such as benches and bicycle parking. The goal of this project is to make enhancements to the area's current streetscape and improve the overall safety of the corridor.

  • Conceptual Design – Summer/Fall 2023
  • Preliminary Design – Winter 2023/2024
  • Final Design – Spring 2024
  • Utility Relocation – Spring/Summer 2024
  • Construction Begins – Summer 2024,
  • Phase 1 – Summer/Fall 2024
  • Phase 2 – Spring 2025
  • Construction Ends – Summer 2025
